Three Nails Capital ( TNC) is a Real Estate Investment company focused on identifying, acquiring, renovating, and efficiently managing multifamily communities in core submarkets within Lansing, Jackson and surrounding submarkets. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality housing for the money.
Founded by, Jason “J” Valchine, who has been repositioning real estate for almost two decades, In 2018 TNC began to shift focus to multifamily assets due to their greater scale and security.
Our Story
Jason learned syndication while pursuing his first large apartment complex acquisition. He learned from industry professionals and market experts, and TNC purchased their first multifamily ( a 54-unit complex in Jackson, MI). TNC implemented and expanded on their value-add playbook throughout the lifecycle of this investment, and the property currently is valued at over 300% of the purchase price.
Jason lives in Chelsea, MI, with his wife and three kids. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family, serve in his church, golf, hunt, and paint cars.
